I was really impressed with the really good value for the spacious and bright room, complete with stylish décor and quality furnishings. The location was perfect, near the cultural park and ChiMei Museum, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could include a greater variety of fresh fruit options.

We loved our recent stay! The room was spacious and bright, and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. When we misplaced my husband’s phone in a taxi, the manager quickly tracked it down for us. The location is a bit far, but the free shuttle made it easy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Plus, the customer service was great; when my husband lost his phone in a taxi, the staff went out of their way to help us track it down.

On the flip side, I wasn’t a fan of the pool rules. You have to wear a swimming cap, which was a bit strange since I’ve never encountered that at other hotels. the pool hours were kind of limited, and I missed my chance to take a dip! Plus, the location felt a bit out of the way—handy for Ten Drum Creative Park, but not super close to other attractions.

I spent Christmas here and it was a nice break! The hotel has a super artistic vibe with stunning decor and spacious rooms, perfect for a holiday escape. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the ChiMei Museum and a lush cultural park, great for exploring! The breakfast was on point, too—definitely a highlight!

The location is kinda out there, which made getting around a hassle. The swimming pool had awkward hours and required swimming caps—really? I couldn’t even enjoy a dip when I wanted to! I wanted more from my stay.

I really liked the twin room here—it offered great value, especially with breakfast included. the room came with an electric kettle, coffee and tea making supplies, and even a refrigerator, which was super handy. Plus, the airport is just half a mile away! ☕️.

The walk-in shower and separate toilet were both roomy and comfortable, making it easy for our whole family to get ready in the mornings. the customer service was outstanding! One time, my husband left his phone in a taxi and we couldn't call it because it was on airplane mode. Thankfully, a staff member quickly retrieved the taxi driver's information through surveillance footage and helped us get the phone back. We're extremely grateful for their fantastic service!

When my husband accidentally left his phone in a taxi, the manager quickly went through their surveillance footage, located the taxi driver, and contacted him for us. We were incredibly grateful for his quick thinking and exceptional service. The hotel staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
